RULE FOR ADMISSION

 

The forms of admission into +2 arts/science and +3 Arts/Science are required to be submitted online only as per the guideline of CHSE/U.U for details. Please logon +2 & +3 Website:-wwwchse.nic.in & www.dhe.nic.in respectively.

Admission is given on the basis of merit and conduct.

Admission can not be claimed as a matter of right and may be denied without assigning any reason thereof.

The decision of the Principal in matter of admission is final and binding.

08%, 12%, 4%, 3% & 1% of seats are reserved for the SC, ST, Govt. Servant on transfer, physically challenged (Minimum 40% disability certificate issued by CDMO) and sons/daughters of Ex-military personnel/respectively. These seats are not interchangeable, vacant reserved seats may be filled up from the general merit list.

Candidates must apply separately for separate streams and combinations in case of +3 Science.

Every student, at the time of admission, shall furnish his/her present address to the college office. any subsequent change of address should be intimated to the office in writing.

Incomplete form for admission will be rejected.

The applicant claiming weight age/reservatin for one or more than one category must mention the relevant category (s) on the top of the application form.

There will be not spot admission.

Weightage/Reservation is not permissible for admission into Honours subject.

Honours selection will be made as per the Government Guidelines. However an Entrance Test may be conducted, if necessary to ascertain the merit of the students for Honours selection.

Weightage of various percent will be given on the Aggregate * marks secured without Extra-optional in the last qualification examination as mentioned below :

NCC with ‘A’ and A-2 certificates in Junior division- 2% marks
